Classes
Tower Classes
A tower class is a challenging and invigorating workout combining classical mat exercises with exercises traditional found on the Cadillac. Some exercises you will perform with just you and your body, while others will incorporate the use of springs and equipment providing an added challenge. We limit our tower classes to groups of three so everyone gets the attention they deserve.
Tower Classes:
- Single Class: $35
- Ten Classes: $300
Schedule:
- Monday, 6:00 PM
- Tuesday, 9:30 AM
- Wednesday, 6:00 PM
- Thursday, 2:00 PM

Mat Classes
Our intimate group mat class offers a strong, well-balanced workout perfect for the intermediate to the advanced student. Our goal with this class is to give you a solid connection to your abdominal muscles—or as we call them your powerhouse—while working your entire body. These classes are great for those who want a refreshing and vigorous workout in a fun group setting.
We strongly recommend if you are new to Pilates or have been away for a long period of time that you start with the Intro Package of Private Sessions before joining a class.

Space is limited, so we recommend calling ahead; walk-ins are welcome, although space is not guaranteed.
